Frequently asked questions

What counts as an API call?

Each request to /v1/text/deidentify or /v1/text/reidentify counts as one API call. You can track your usage in real-time in your dashboard.

What happens if I exceed my plan limits?

Early Access plans are limited to 100 calls/month. Starter plans include 1,000 calls/month. You'll receive notifications as you approach your limits. Contact us if you need higher limits.

Can I change plans later?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards through Stripe. Enterprise customers can arrange invoicing and custom payment terms.
